Our Story

How Mirakiel Was Born

Mirakiel did not begin as a business idea. It began as a prayer — shared between two sisters.

Years ago, our hearts were stirred together with a dream — to help children in an orphanage who had nothing. We wanted to do something real, something lasting. But we didn't have the money. We didn't have the resources. What we had was faith in God, and the belief that if He placed this dream in our hearts, He would also make a way.

So we prayed together. And God directed our steps.

In that same season, we were each walking through a personal challenge closer to home. As mothers of daughters with beautiful, natural, textured hair, we searched endlessly for products that would truly work for them — products that understood their hair, honored its uniqueness, and nourished it the way it deserved. Product after product disappointed us. Our girls loved what we were trying, but nothing on the market was made with them in mind.

And then God showed us something.

"What if the answer to both prayers was the same thing?"

Together, we began formulating — going back to nature, to the pure and wholesome ingredients that generations of women have trusted. We tested on our own families. Our daughters were our first and most honest testers — and they loved it. We refined. We prayed over every bottle. And Mirakiel was born.

We want to be clear: we do not take credit for this. God is our source. He brought two sisters together, gave us the vision, provided the way, and every bottle that goes out carries His purpose. We are simply honored to be the hands He is using.

The name Mirakiel means miracle — because that is exactly what this is. A miracle born from a mother's love, a partnership rooted in faith, and a God who answers prayer.

What We Believe

We believe that beauty is not something you add — it is something you restore. Every curl, every coil, every line of life on a mature face tells a story worth honoring.

We believe that what you put on your body matters just as much as what you put in it. That's why our products are crafted with natural, clean ingredients — no harsh chemicals, no shortcuts, no compromises.

We believe that God can use ordinary people to do extraordinary things — and that is the story of Mirakiel. We did not build this. He did. We simply said yes.

Giving Back

We believe that business can be a vehicle for God's work. That is why a portion of every single Mirakiel sale goes directly to support JFMC Holistic Ministry — a Christ-centered ministry in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, dedicated to caring for orphaned children and vulnerable families. JFMC provides children with a loving home, nutrition, education, and spiritual support. Their guiding scripture says it all: "Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless." — Isaiah 1:17

This is not a future goal. It is woven into every purchase, from day one. When you choose Mirakiel, you are partnering with us in caring for children who deserve a family, a future, and hope. A portion of our proceeds (currently 10%) is donated to support children in need.
